leswins  > BIRDLAND > BABY BROAD-WINGED HAWKS RESCUE
It started the day of the big thunder and lightening storm, May 8, 2009. My son-in-law, Greg Boes noticed that the hawk's nest near our drive had been destroyed and there were 2 baby hawks on the ground. The next day the Boes family, following advice from the World Bird Sanctuary, erected a new home for the hawks high in the trees.
